Target pests: rodents, cockroaches, mosquitoes, ants, termites, wasps, hornets, bees, bedbugs, ticks, snakes. Services: (1) Once-off supply and placement of 576 Rodent Bait Box Stations inside office areas. (2) Monthly: Inspection, cleaning, and servicing of 60 Tamper-Proof Rodent Stations (basement/outside) and 576 Rodent Bait Box Stations (inside). Requirements: Provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all pesticides. Provide a detailed Safety File. All pesticides must be SABS-approved.

Prices must be VAT-inclusive (if VAT-registered) and quoted in ZAR. VAT vendors must include VAT; failure to do so means the quoted price is deemed all-inclusive. Non-VAT-registered suppliers charging VAT will be disqualified. Only prices in the provided cost breakdown table will be evaluated. No price changes allowed after Award Letter/PO issuance. Payment requires an official RAF Award Letter or PO (signed by SCM Manager or authorized official).

Mandatory: (1) CSD registration (RAF only conducts business with CSD-registered suppliers). (2) Tax compliance (SARS confirmation required). (3) Valid Pest Control Operator certificate (Department of Agriculture) for Company Director/Operator/Contractor/Employee. (4) Valid COIDA letter of good standing for Pest Control Services. B-BBEE: Points claimed for Preferential Procurement Specific Goals will be verified via CSD. Disability: Suppliers with disabilities must provide a valid medical certificate (RAF may verify). Prohibition: No gifts/hospitality to RAF officials; report solicitation to RAF fraud line (0800 005919) or risk blacklisting.
