• Scope: Repair a worn-out gearbox for the Pretoria Depot.
• Detailed specification includes a complete overhaul of a Mercedes Benz 0500ZF Ecomat 2 6HP602C transmission:

• Supply and fit bearing kit, full repair kit, new internal harness, new solenoid set.
• Replace speed sensors (2x input, 1x output), retarder solenoid, filter kit, dipstick/breather, oil pump assembly, spring set, tube guide set.
• Recondition valve body, torque converter, and propeller shaft.
• Use 37 litres of eco-fluid as per ZF specifications.
• Perform dyno test, strip, clean, and assemble transmission.
• Ultrasonically clean or replace heat exchanger if flow test fails.

• Warranty: 12 months unlimited warranty; any additional repairs in the first year must be quoted separately.

• All prices must be quoted in South African Rand, inclusive of all taxes, on a fixed price basis.
• You must complete the attached Pricing Schedule Annexure.
• Provide a detailed cost breakdown and indicate price escalation basis and formula.
• Use the prescribed pricing format; deviation may render your bid non-responsive.
• Discounted prices will only be considered in the final evaluation and must be unconditional.
• PRASA may negotiate a market-related price with the highest scoring bidder(s) if the quoted price is not market related.

• Tax Compliance: Submit your SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or, if not available, your Central Supplier Database (CSD) number. Foreign suppliers may have different requirements.
