• Submission deadline is 14 July 2026 at 12:00.

Mandatory registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database; tax compliance with SARS; no outstanding municipal rates, taxes, or service charges in arrears; minimum 70-point functionality score; comprehensive bid completion (no pencil markings); sealed physical submission before deadline.

• The scope is for the supply and installation of hygiene and sanitation dispensers within the Lesedi Local Municipality area.
• Services are required on an “as and when required” basis.
• The contract period is three years.
• The municipality seeks a suitably qualified service provider for this work.

• The municipality reserves the right not to accept the lowest priced proposal.
• Rates are subject to negotiation for uniformity; the tenderer agrees to abide by negotiated rates.
• Invalid bids include those not suitably endorsed, comprehensively completed, or completed in pencil.
• Objections must be lodged in writing to the municipal manager’s office within 14 days.
• Tax compliance and CSD registration are mandatory conditions.

• The municipality reserves the right to negotiate rates to create uniformity.
• By responding, the tenderer agrees to abide by such negotiated rates, which may be changed by mutual agreement.

• Municipal Debt: No contract will be concluded with any bidder whose municipal rates, taxes, and service charges are in arrears.
• B-BBEE: Meaningful empowerment credentials are a factor in evaluation under the Specific Goals (20 points) of the 80/20 system.
