Late bids will not be accepted for consideration. Bids are to be submitted via email to [email protected]. The bid validity period is 84 days commencing from the RFQ Closing Date. Bidders should ensure that bids are delivered timeously to the correct address. If the bid is late, it will not be accepted for consideration. Bidders are not allowed to contact any other SANParks staff in the context of this RFQ other than the indicated officials. The successful bidder will be required to fill in and sign a written Contract Form (SBD 7).
