Submit one original hardcopy and one electronic copy on a memory stick. Submissions must be divided into two separate envelopes: Envelope 1 for 'Qualifying and Functional Evaluation' and Envelope 2 for 'Price and Preferential Points'. Deliver to Denel PMP Main Admin Reception, 1 Ruth First Street, Lotus Gardens, Pretoria West. Bidders must initial each page of the document. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The evaluation follows a three-stage process: 1. Administrative Compliance (Mandatory documents including CIPC, Tax PIN, and shareholder details). 2. Functional Evaluation (Minimum threshold of 70/100 points). Criteria include: Experience in Zinc trading (40%), Technical/Product Capability via Certificate of Analysis (20%), and Reference Letters (40%). 3. Price and Preferential Points (80/20 system). Preference points are awarded for Black Women Ownership (>30%), Black Ownership (>51%), Black Youth, and Black People with Disabilities (5 points each).

Supply and delivery of 99.995% Pure Zinc Ingots (Specification 1330010 Issue 3). Estimated annual consumption: 240,000 kg. Successful bidder must provide samples for testing. Late delivery penalties: 1% of order value per week of delay, up to 10%.

All pricing must be in South African Rand on a fixed-price basis. Prices subject to confirmation will not be considered. Payment is made only after acceptance of goods at PMP. No reimbursement for tender preparation costs.

Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Must provide a valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN. Must submit B-BBEE status level certificate or sworn affidavit. Must provide proof of authority to sign (e.g., company resolution). Mandatory Annexures include: SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points), and Annexure K (Mandatory Criteria supporting docs).
