Must disclose any employment by organs of state or relationships with college staff.

Scope: Supply and delivery of computer equipment for a virtual reality simulation workshop at the Klerksdorp Campus.

Deliverables:

• 21 Desktop Computers with specifications: Intel Core i9 or AMD Ryzen 7 7700 Processor, AMD Radeon RX 7600, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD, EON-XR Optimised Performance, VR/AR/3D Rendering Ready.
• 21 Monitor Screens with specifications: 21.5-inch LED, 1920×1080 resolution, anti-glare, HDMI, energy saver.

Quality Requirements:

• All materials must be new, undamaged, free from defects.
• Provide manufacturer certificate confirming equipment is new with warranties and guarantees.
• Components must have manufacturer's guarantee.

Experience Requirements:

• Bidder must have delivered at least 10 Computers (Intel Core i7) and screens previously.
• Company technician must have a minimum of three years experience in IT environment.

• Provide three reference letters from previous clients with purchase orders or completion certificates.
• Provide CV of company technician with IT qualification (degree: 30 points, national diploma: 20 points, TVET certificate: 10 points) and minimum three years experience in IT environment.

• Use SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule – Firm Prices.
• Only firm prices accepted.
• Include all applicable taxes.
• Price must cover all goods and obligations; bidder bears risk of mistakes.

• Only firm prices accepted. Non-firm prices (including subject to exchange rate variations) will not be considered.
• All applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL) must be included in the bid price.
• All delivery costs to Klerksdorp Campus must be included in the bid price.
• Pricing schedule must be fully completed with rate per item and total price.
• Offer must be valid for 60 days from the closing date.
• Payment terms: Within 30 days after receipt of invoice accompanied by delivery note.

• Contract includes: Bidding documents, proof of tax compliance, pricing schedule, technical specifications, preference claim form, bidder’s disclosure, special conditions, general conditions.
• Bidder warrants correctness of bid and accepts risk for pricing errors.
• Bidder accepts full responsibility for contract fulfilment.
• Fraudulent claims may lead to disqualification, contract cancellation, cost recovery, restriction from state business for up to 10 years, and criminal prosecution.
