Bids with missing pages or incomplete attachments will be disqualified. Compulsory briefing sessions (if applicable) require attendance; late arrivals will be deemed absent and bids disqualified.

Evaluation follows the 80/20 preference point system. Criteria include: relevant specifications and technical proposals, value for money, capability to execute the contract, compliance with Midvaal SCM Policy, PPPFA, PPPFA Regulations, and other relevant legislation, supporting documents, and local content (where applicable). The Council reserves the right to accept any bid or part thereof and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.

Appointment of a panel of service providers to render execution of court orders services for Midvaal Local Municipality on an as-and-when-required basis from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2024. Bidding documents contain full specifications and deliverables.

B-BBEE: Only tenderers with EME (Exempted Micro Enterprise) or QSE (Qualifying Small Enterprise) status as defined in the PPPFA Regulations 2017, and a Level 01 B-BBEE status, will be evaluated for this bid. Compliance with Midvaal SCM Policy, PPPFA, and PPPFA Regulations is mandatory.
