3. Revenue Enhancement – Tariff policy review, debt reconciliation, data cleansing, debt‑impairment calculations (GRAP), skills transfer.
4. VAT & Tax Services – Reconcile and review VAT submissions, assess VAT treatment of grants, prepare tax return documentation, lodge SARS disputes, quarterly VAT reviews, provide tax services with approvals, skills transfer.
5. Internal Audit Services – Conduct audits per approved Internal Audit Plan, review compliance with policies and regulations, support Audit & Risk Committees, assist with UIFWE investigations, perform special assignments, follow‑up on recommendations.
All services are to be delivered in line with the Auditor General’s Gazetted rates for the contract duration.
