• Submit the completed official bid forms (no re‑typing) in the tender box at Bergrivier Municipality, Kerk Street, Piketberg 7320 before the closing time (13 Feb 2026, 12:00).
• Only sealed envelopes with the correct tender number (8/3/51‑2025 MN262‑2025) are accepted; mailed, faxed or telegraphic submissions will be rejected.
• Use non‑erasable ink; corrections must be crossed out in ink and initialed.
• Attach all required returnable documents and ensure each is signed and, where required, a certified copy is provided:

– Authority to Sign a Bid (resolution for companies/CCs, partnership/consortium authorisation).

– Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN and CSD registration number.

– MBD 4 Declaration of Interest (completed and signed).

– MBD 6.1 Preference Points claim form (including certified B‑BBEE certificate).

• For joint ventures, include a copy of the joint‑venture agreement showing percentage contributions.
• Late submissions will not be considered; unopened late bids will be filed separately.
• Failure to provide any of the above documents or to comply with the form requirements may result in disqualification.

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration is mandatory; provide the CSD number (MAAA…​).
• Tax compliance is required: submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate, Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN, or CSD number. Each consortium/joint‑venture member must provide its own tax documentation.
• VAT: Prices must be quoted in South African Rand, inclusive of VAT. For contracts above R1 000 000, the bidder must be VAT‑registered and show VAT on invoices.
