• Submit the quotation and all required documents by placing them in the quotation box at the Department of Agriculture reception (600 Lillian Ngoyi, Berea Park, Pretoria) no later than 13 February 2026 at 11:00. Late submissions will be rejected.
• Required returnable documents:

1. Completed quotation (price sheet) – detailed as per the attached one‑page specification.

2. Completed SBD forms (including SBD 7 contract form if awarded).

3. Latest full Central Supplier Database (CSD) report.

4. Certified copy of ID.

5. B‑BBEE certificate.

6. CK1 (company registration documents).

7. Declaration of validity – price must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date.

• All forms must be the official forms provided; do not re‑type the content.
• Failure to provide any of the above documents will result in disqualification.

• Scoring follows an 80/20 split: 80 points are awarded for price (lowest compliant price receives full 80 points) and 20 points for specific goals (pre‑defined preference criteria).
• Preference points are claimed using the SBD 6.1 form; supporting evidence must be attached or the points will not be awarded.
• Minimum compliance with the technical specification is a prerequisite; non‑compliant bids receive zero points.

Supply and delivery of two (02) heavy‑duty laboratory hotplates. The goods must meet the standards and specifications set out in the attached one‑page specification. Delivery is to be made to the Department of Agriculture premises in Pretoria. Goods must be new, unused, and conform to the required performance standards. Packing must protect the equipment during transit.

• Price quotation must be presented in Rand and include all applicable taxes; no separate discounts may be applied.
• Pricing will be weighted 80 % of the total score.
• Quotation validity: 60 days from the closing date.
• Payment terms: invoice submitted with delivery note; payment within 30 days of receipt of a correct invoice.
