The bidder must submit the documents to the Ramotshere Moiloa Local Municipality by the closing date of 2026-02-05T09:00:00.000Z.
The bidder must ensure that the documents are complete and comply with the requirements specified in the bid invitation.
Failure to submit the required documents or failure to comply with the requirements specified in the bid invitation will result in automatic disqualification.
Evaluation Criteria

The evaluation committee will individually evaluate each of the bid received against the appointed criteria as provided for in Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act of 2005 (as amended).
The assessment of functionality will be done in terms of the evaluation criteria and the minimum threshold value of 60 points. A bid will be disqualified if it fails to meet the minimum threshold value for functionality as per the bid invitation.
