Scope: Provide ad‑hoc building maintenance for ATNS FAPE and remote sites over a 2‑year period, including:

• Routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency call‑outs.

• Delivery of materials within 7 working days of an official order.
• All labour, transport, and materials to be provided by the service provider.
