Scope of Work:

• Provide an organisational culture masterclass and workshops for ATNS general employees.
• Translate culture survey results into actionable insights and foster a culture of openness, learning, and collaboration.
• Facilitate masterclasses and workshops physically across ATNS regions and offices.
• Key deliverables include translation/interpretation of survey results, workshop design, facilitation plan, and culture-embedding actions.
• Must understand ATNS operational context: aviation environment, shift-based workforce, and multi-region setup with 1,100 employees.

Facilitator Requirements:

• Lead Facilitator: Minimum 10 years relevant experience with NQF Level 8 qualification in fields like Organisational Development, Psychology, or related.
• Two Supporting Facilitators: Minimum 5 years relevant experience with NQF Level 7 qualification in similar fields.
• Certificates must be SAQA accredited and not older than three months from closing date.

• Methodology must cover at least four components: translation/interpretation of survey results, workshop design, facilitation plan, and culture-embedding actions.
• Scoring: 40 points for four or more components, decreasing for fewer components.
• Must demonstrate understanding of ATNS operational context.
