Submit a fully completed pricing schedule (SBD 3.1) with firm prices in RSA currency (all taxes included). Prices must remain valid for 120 days from closing date. Include delivery costs in the bid price. Pricing schedule must be in a separate sealed envelope (Annexure A). Non-firm prices or incomplete pricing schedules will result in disqualification.
Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD). Submit proof of CSD registration or application. Must provide: Tax Compliance Certificate or SARS PIN (via e-filing or printed TCS). For consortia/JVs, each party must submit separate TCS/PIN/CSD proof. Must submit: VAT registration number, company registration documents, completed SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1), and GCC acknowledgment. B-BBEE: Claim points for 51% Black Owned (10 points) or 30% Black Woman Owned (10 points) via SBD 6.1. Submit B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs), CSD report, CIPC documents, and shareholder ID copies. OEM authorisation letter (not older than 3 months) required if bidding as a distributor/reseller. Manufacturer’s warranty (minimum 1 year) required.
