• ATNS requires a service provider to deliver structured Microsoft Office training (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Forms) at Basic, Intermediate, Advanced levels for 12 months on an as-and-when-required basis for the ATS Department.
• Training aims to enhance user competency, productivity, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Mandatory disqualification occurs if: (1) Bidder lacks valid accreditation from Microsoft, SETA, or QCTO; (2) Facilitators lack required Microsoft certifications; (3) Less than 1 valid reference letter submitted; (4) Functionality score falls below 70 points threshold; (5) Pricing schedule is incomplete (any line item missing); (6) SARS Tax Compliance PIN not provided; (7) Not registered on Central Supplier Database; (8) No B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit submitted; (9) Declaration of Interest or Invitation to Bid not properly completed and signed. Administrative non-compliance may be rectified within 7 days if requested by ATNS.

Scope: Provide Microsoft Office training (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Forms) at Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels for 12 months on an as-and-when-required basis for the ATS Department.

• Training approach:
• Deliver structured, facilitator-led, on-site training sessions.
• Incorporate practical exercises, case studies, interactive group sessions aligned to real workplace scenarios.
• Ensure effective participant engagement, individual support, and methodology suitable for small groups.
• Training materials: Provide comprehensive learner manuals, digital resources, practice files, and reference materials.
• Assessment and certification: Include participant assessments (practical/theoretical) for each level, evaluate competency, and issue Certificates of Completion.
• Training schedule: Submit a detailed schedule indicating duration per module, total training days, on-site delivery format, and sequencing.
• Training venue: ATNS Eastgate Office Park, Block C, South Boulevard Road, Bruma, Gauteng, 2198.

• Submit detailed methodology covering: advanced training approach, detailed plan for 20 participants, training schedule (modules, duration, on-site delivery), practical hands-on approach (case studies, exercises), assessment and evaluation methodology, and post-training support/knowledge retention approach.
• Methodology must be explicit; generic submissions will not be scored.

• Company experience: Submit reference letters for similar Microsoft Office/365 advanced training projects completed within past 7 years. Letters must be on official letterhead, signed, dated, with contact details.
• Facilitator qualifications: Minimum two facilitators, each with ≥3-5 years' Microsoft training experience, relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MOS, MCT), experience in corporate training environments, and experience delivering Microsoft 365/MS Office applications training. Submit detailed CVs and certificates.

• Complete SBD 3.3 pricing schedule fully with rates in ZAR for each Microsoft application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Forms) at Basic, Intermediate, Advanced levels.
• Include subtotal (VAT excl.), VAT 15%, grand total.
• Entire schedule must be 100% completed; incomplete pricing renders bid non-responsive.
• Contract is 'as and when required' with no minimum volume guarantee; payment based on actual work.

• Pricing: Submit fully completed SBD 3.3 pricing schedule with rates in ZAR for each application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Forms) at Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. Include subtotal (VAT excl.), VAT 15%, and grand total.
• Contract type: 'As and when required' with no guaranteed minimum volume. Payment based on actual work executed using submitted rates.
• Mandatory: Entire pricing schedule must be 100% completed; incomplete pricing renders bid non-responsive.
• Price evaluation: Grand total used for price scoring under the 80/20 system.

• Tax compliance: Submit SARS tax compliance status proof (PIN valid for 60 days).
