Detailed Scope:

• Proofread, edit, and update content using IEEE referencing, ensuring grammatical accuracy and language quality.
• Print 500 full-colour copies with an electronic version provided.
• Booklet specifications: A5 size, SANEDI corporate identity fonts, perfect binding, gloss varnish cover, gloss interior, minimum 250 pages.
• All final artwork and products are owned by SANEDI and must be delivered by the service provider.
• All materials must be SANEDI branded.
• Project must be completed by 13 July 2026.

Service provider must have: Minimum 5 years company experience in layout design, editing, and proofreading of books/organizational publications; Ability to deliver 500 printed copies of A5 brochure with perfect binding, gloss finish by July 13, 2026; Compliance with SANEDI Corporate Identity standards; Capability to provide electronic version and all source files; No conflicts of interest as per SBD 4 declaration.

Key Deliverables:

• Size: A5.
• Font style per SANEDI Corporate Identity manual (to be provided).

Project Phases and Duration:

• Week 3: Review & Feedback, then Final Layout Approval.
• Week 4: Printing Production and Delivery of Final Products.

The technical evaluation heavily weights bidder and team experience:

• Company Experience: Requires at least five years' experience in layout design, editing, proofreading, and producing organisational publications. Points awarded based on years of experience (7+ years scores highest).
• Project Team Experience: Must submit CVs/resumes for team members. Points awarded based on the team's relevant qualifications and experience in similar projects.
• Reference Letters: Must provide reference letters on client letterhead for related work.
• Portfolio of Previous Work: Must submit a portfolio as evidence of quality and capability.

• The quotation must detail:
• Quoted Price (excluding disbursements).
• VAT inclusive amount.
• Discounted amounts (if any).
• Disbursements (VAT inclusive).
