Non-compliance may lead to rejection or a 7-day grace period for supplementary info. (2) Mandatory Requirements: Fully completed quotation on company letterhead (aligned to ATNS pricing schedule), 2-year manufacturer warranty certificate, and product datasheet/specification sheet for each item (must include product name, manufacturer/model, frequency range, radio type, output power, channel capacity, power requirements). Failure to meet any mandatory requirement results in automatic disqualification. (3) Price and Specific Goals: 80/20 point system (80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals). Items required: (1) ICOM A24N (NAV/COM) VHF Air Band Transceivers (SKU: IC-25) with frequency range 118.000–136.992 MHz, 108.000–136.992 MHz, 161.650–163.275 MHz. Must include: BP-288 battery pack, BP-289 battery case, BC-224 rapid charger, BC-123SA/SE AC adapter, OPC-2379 headset adapter, FA-B02AR antenna, MB-133 belt clip, hand strap. (2) ICOM Speaker Microphone HM-231 (Waterproof). (3) ICOM Cigarette Lighter Cable and Charger CP-20. (4) FA-B02AR antenna. (5) BP-288 battery pack. Quantities: 5 units each. Pricing must be in RSA currency (ZAR), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL).
