Evaluation stages: 1) Administrative Requirements: Valid Tax PIN, B-BBEE Certificate/Sworn Affidavit, CIPC registration, latest CSD Full Report, completed SBD Forms. Non-compliance may lead to rejection or 7-day supplementary submission. 2) Mandatory Requirements: Fully completed quotation on company letterhead (aligned to ATNS pricing schedule), manufacturer’s warranty (2 years), product datasheet/brochure with technical specs (model, frequency range, radio type, output power, channel capacity, power requirements). Failure results in automatic disqualification. 3) Price and Specific Goals: 80/20 point system. Price (80 points) + Preference Points (20 points: 10 for 51% Black Owned, 10 for 30% Black Woman Owned). Proof required: CSD Report, CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, ID copies. Points claimed via SBD 6.1.

Scope: Supply and delivery of mobile radios for ATNS Port Elizabeth International Airport (FAPE). Items required: 1) KRT2-TB2 Portable Base Station 118-136MHz (SKU: 699120115), 2) TQ Avionics KRT2-S Transceiver 2-1/4” (SKU: 699010140), 3) HOLMCO dynamic hand-held mic MH-50-D.1 (Part number: 84-03-08010). Delivery: Within 7 working days after official order, off-loaded at service provider’s risk/cost. Delivery address: Port Elizabeth International Airport, Allister Miller Drive, Walmer, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Eastern Cape, 6070. Emergency deliveries may proceed without prior order. Product specs must include: manufacturer/model, frequency range, radio type, output power, channel capacity, power requirements.

Pricing: Must include supply, delivery, and all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL). Pricing schedule (SBD 3.1) must be 100% completed for all line items. Payment terms: Standard ATNS contract terms apply, including retention clauses. Costs: Bidder bears all costs for bid preparation, submission, and contract finalization. ATNS reserves the right to negotiate price(s).
