• Scope: Provide rate-based hoist maintenance services for five years at ATNS FAPE (Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport) and FAEL (King Phalo Airport) radar towers.
• Services include:

• Preventative maintenance: Scheduled servicing per OEM guidelines, lubrication, testing, part replacement, and providing a maintenance plan.
• Corrective maintenance: Responding to faults within agreed timeframes, diagnosing and repairing electrical/mechanical/hydraulic systems, and providing incident reports.
