• This tender is for the appointment of a service provider to implement and install a Document Flow, Digital Signature, and Records Management solution.

• Completed bid documents and supporting documents must be sealed in an envelope clearly marked with the relevant bid number.
• Submit the sealed envelope by placing it in the Bid Box located at Capricorn TVET College, Reception of Central Office, 18 Market Street, Polokwane, 0699.
• Telegraphic, facsimile or other similar transmissions will not be accepted.
• A non-refundable deposit of R 1000.00 is required to obtain bid documents. Pay to Capricorn College for TVET, ABSA Bank, Account No: 1150620372, Branch Code: 632005. Use your company name as a reference.

• Bid documents will be provided only to bidders who attend the compulsory briefing session.

Only service providers that attend the compulsory briefing session are eligible to receive bid documents and submit a proposal. The tender will be adjudicated based on compliance with Supply Chain Management (SCM) requirements, price analysis, functionality of the proposed solution, and achievement of preferential procurement goals (BBBEE, etc.).
