• Specific work: Refurbishment and re-gasketing of 3kV DC traction transformer.
• Tenderer must demonstrate methodology covering quality assurance and safe execution of duties with regards to substation and transformer refurbishment scope of work.
• Method statement must detail: how each activity/process is completed; hazards involved; step-by-step guide on safe job execution; control measures to ensure safety of all affected by project activities.
• Project plan must show: all activities and milestones; required resources, equipment and skills; sub-contractors/suppliers of major equipment; quality management plan; lead time and delivery period with proof of material availability.
• Environmental requirements: Measures to prevent environmental contamination, with particular attention to oil spill prevention, containment, response, monitoring and rehabilitation.
• Site establishment requirements must be addressed (T2.2-17).
• Health and safety questionnaire required (T2.2-19).
• Insurance to be provided by contractor (T2.2-22).
• Tenderers must demonstrate availability of equipment and other resources (T2.2-09).

• CIDB Registration: Minimum contractor grading designation of 2EP or higher class of construction work; valid CRS number required for verification. Must be registered or capable of registering before evaluation.
