If the successful bidder fails to sign the contract within 14 days, provide required security, or meet conditions precedent, PRASA may award to the next highest bidder. Bid validity period is 60 working days from closing date, with possible extension requests. PRASA may publish bid awards, amendments, and cancellations on the e-Tender Portal (www.etenders.gov.za) and other media.
