Late, incomplete, electronic, telegraphic, telexed, or faxed bids will not be considered. Bids will be opened in public shortly after the closing date. All bids must hold good for a period of 90 days. Failure to submit comprehensive JV agreements (where applicable), complete tender forms (MBD 1 to MBD 9 and Annexures A to F), or declare company involvement in MBD 4 will result in disqualification. Bidders must sign MBD 5 for offers amounting to or exceeding R10 million. All alterations in prices/quotes must be signed. Queries must be submitted via email and will not be entertained 5 working days before the closing date.
