• Place submission in a sealed envelope clearly stating the description and RFQ number EHC/ICT/06/2026.
• Deposit the envelope in the red tender box at the reception.
• You must sign the submission register; failure to do so will result in automatic disqualification.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.

• Complete the pricing schedule with VAT-inclusive totals for all items.

• Scope: Supply and delivery of laptops, desktops, and monitors.
• Laptop Specification (x3): Intel Core i7 14th Gen, 14" anti-glare display, 16GB DDR5 RAM, 512GB NVMe SSD, Windows 11 Pro, 3-year onsite warranty.
• Laptop Specification (x2): Intel Core Ultra 5 14th Gen, 14" anti-glare display, 16GB DDR5 RAM, 512GB NVMe SSD, Windows 11 Pro, 3-year onsite warranty.
• Desktop Computers (x2): Minimum Intel Core i3 (12th Gen or higher), 8GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB NVMe SSD, Wi-Fi, Windows 11 Pro, 3-year onsite warranty.
• Monitor Specification (x2): 27" Full HD IPS display, 1920x1080 @100Hz, adjustable stand, multiple ports (HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, USB), 3-year warranty.
• All laptops include a quality backpack (15" compatible).

• Complete the pricing schedule with VAT-inclusive prices for:

Stage 1 (Disqualifying Compliance):

• No late submissions.
• Must sign submission register with correct description and RFQ number.

Stage 2 (Administrative Documents):

• Certified copy of Director's ID (not older than 3 months).
• Proof of CIPC registration showing directors' full names and ID numbers.
• Up-to-date municipal account/statement (not in arrears >90 days); if a lessee, provide a valid lease agreement.
• Company pricing on letterhead.
• Valid B-BBEE certificate/affidavit (failure to comply forfeits specific goal points).
• Bank letter not older than 3 months.
• Valid Tax PIN.
• CSD report.
• Duly signed undertaking confirming sufficient financial resources or access to short-term financing.

• Proposals are subject to the Standard Conditions of Tender and EHC's Supply Chain Management Policy.
• EHC reserves the right to:
• Award the bid in part or in full, or not to award at all.
• Request further technical information post-closing.
• Verify bidder documentation and conduct due diligence, including site visits.
• Withdraw or amend bid conditions before closing and post-award.
• Negotiate with shortlisted and successful bidders.
• Remedy incorrect awards.
