Quotes must specify services and costs in detail. Prices should be market-related and firm for the duration of the order. Prices dependent on exchange rates must factor in escalations. Stats SA will not provide upfront payment; payment will be made within 30 days of receiving a valid invoice upon delivery of goods/services. Appointment may be partial or full, and Stats SA reserves the right to award partially or not at all.

Suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Required compliance documents: Valid Tax Clearance certificate (e-filing copy), CSD Master registration number (MAAA), tax compliance status PIN, certified ID copies (not older than 6 months), CIPC registration, and B-BBEE certificate. For Specific Goals (HDI equity ownership), additional proof is required: certified ID and CSD report for Black, Women, or Youth ownership; HPCSA medical certificate for Disability.
