Sign the submission register. Envelope must state RFQ NO: EHC/PLR/2026 and description. Late submissions will not be accepted. Required documents: Completed RFQ documents, completed pricing schedule, certified Director’s ID copy (not older than 3 months), CIPC registration proof (with directors’ full names and ID numbers), up-to-date municipal account/statement (or valid lease agreement if lessee), company pricing on letterhead, valid B-BBEE certificate/affidavit, valid Tax PIN, CSD report, bank letter (not older than 3 months), signed MBD Forms, and latest 3 months’ bank statements (or proof of short-term finance). Failure to sign the submission register or include RFQ number/description results in automatic disqualification.
