Scope: Appointment of contractors for the execution of capital projects on an 'as and when required' basis from the date of appointment until 30 June 2029. Directorate: Electrical Engineering Services. Required personnel: A Site Supervisor who is a Qualified Electrician/Linesman with valid ORHVS certification and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. Submit ID, qualification, CV, and valid ORHVS certificate with the tender. This person may be contracted as needed, but their details must be submitted with the tender. If this requirement is not met, the tender will not be considered.

Evaluation occurs in three phases: Phase 1 (Eligibility Criteria), Phase 2 (Functionality, minimum 90/120 points required to proceed), and Phase 3 (Price: 80 points, B-BBEE Status and Specific Goals: 20 points).
