The Municipality reserves the right to withdraw any Invitation to Tender and/or to
re-advertise or to reject any tender or to accept a part of it. The Municipality is not bound
to accept the lowest or any tender.
A valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN must be submitted with the tender.
It will be required from the successful Bidder to register on the Central Supplier Database

Attendance of the compulsory tender clarification meeting.
Bidder must be an Authorized System Integrator of the Adroit SCADA software
Bidders must furnish proof of qualification in the form of a training certificate to work on the SCADA OPC driver interface utilised in the existing system. This certificate must be issued in the name of the bidder OR in the name of the proposed programmer who is currently employed by the bidder, if not then a letter stating such intent to employ this person, including this person’s signature of willingness & acceptance for the intended duration of the project.
