Gate must fit a reveal of 1455mm x 2565mm. iThemba LABS is a multi-disciplinary research laboratory under the NRF, providing facilities for nuclear physics, radiation biophysics, and accelerator-produced isotopes.

Gate must fit a reveal of 1455mm (width) x 2565mm (height). System must include all structural components, locking mechanisms, fixings, and finishes for full functionality. Locking system requirements: Slam lock (auto-locking), key-operated hook or deadlock, tamper-resistant, minimum two locking points. Finishes: Standard duty, polyester powder coating (60–80 microns), UV/corrosion resistant, black. For coastal environments: Aluminium construction or enhanced corrosion protection. Warranty: Minimum 12 months covering structural defects, lock failure, and folding action malfunction.
