Scope of works:

• Supply labour and replace plate ridges with cement ridges (≈ 25 m) on the main manor house thatch roof. Install fire-hazard spray system with stop-tap on the ridge.
• Supply labour and material to insert new thatch on identified bad spots of the manor house roof.
• Seal around three chimneys with waterproof sealer (Duram 95 or equivalent).
• Remove old ridges and install new cement ridges on the kitchen building thatch roof. Install fire-hazard spray system with 15 mm × ≈ 40 m poly pipe on the ridge.
• Remove asbestos roof between buildings and replace with new chrome-deck RBI roof sheets (oxide colour). Seal sides with waterproof sealer.
• Replace cornice and ceiling with new rhino-board sheets (≈ 4.2 m²) in the passage. Paint ceiling and walls white.
• Clean and remove all waste (Rommel) from the site after completion.
