SBD4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) must be completed and signed. Quotation must be on official letterhead and duly signed. Failure to submit required SBD forms may result in disqualification.

Supply and deliver the following items as per specification: Bearings of erdvark harrow disc (18 discs on wheels). Blades with teeth. Blades without teeth. Quantities required: Bearings: 6 units. Blades with teeth: 10 units. Blades without teeth: 10 units. Delivery location: ARC Bien Donne Research Farm, Groot Drakenstein. Compliance with specifications must be confirmed (Yes/No). Deviations must be explicitly indicated.

Pricing schedule must include: Bearings of erdvark harrow disc (18 discs on wheels): 6 units. Blades with teeth: 10 units. Blades without teeth: 10 units. Delivery: 1 (single delivery). Structure: Item description, quantity, unit price, total price. Subtotal, VAT, and grand total must be provided.

Pricing must be in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, and all other taxes. Quotation must include: Item description, quantity, unit price, and total price for each item. Subtotal, VAT, and grand total must be clearly stated. Validity period of the quotation must be indicated. No price adjustments or amendments to delivery particulars will be considered after submission. Prices will be benchmarked by ARC. Warranty/guarantee details (period and extent) must be clearly stated for all quoted goods.

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Include CSD registration number and full CSD report with the bid. B-BBEE: Only bidders claiming specific goals will be considered for the 20 preference points. Proof of B-BBEE status (Level 1-4) and ownership (HDI, Women, PwD) must be submitted to claim points. Completed and signed SBD forms are mandatory. Quotes must be submitted on official letterhead and signed. General Conditions of Contract issued by National Treasury apply. ARC Supply Chain Management Code of Conduct applies. Bidder’s disclosure (SBD4) must be completed and submitted.

B-BBEE requirements: Only bidders claiming specific goals will be considered for the 20 preference points. Points are allocated for: HDI ownership (51%+): 6 points. Women ownership (51%+): 4 points. Youth ownership (51%+): 4 points. Persons with Disabilities ownership (51%+): 2 points. RDP Goals: 2 points. Promotion of entities in rural areas: 2 points. B-BBEE Level 1-4: 2 points. Proof/documentation must be submitted to claim points. Failure to submit proof means no points are awarded. The organ of state may require substantiation of claims at any time.

Warranty/guarantee details (period and extent) must be clearly stated for all quoted goods. Validity period of the quotation must be indicated. Prices quoted are fixed; no adjustments or amendments to delivery particulars will be considered. Supplier accepts full responsibility for proper execution and fulfilment of goods/services. ARC reserves the right to accept or reject special terms and conditions. Quotes must be submitted on official letterhead and duly signed. Goods/services will be supplied upon receipt of a purchase order from ARC. General Conditions of Contract issued by National Treasury apply. ARC Supply Chain Management Code of Conduct applies. ARC reserves the right to perform due diligence on quotations and benchmark prices. Quotation must indicate the delivery date.
