• The contractor must maintain sufficient personnel, facilities, and equipment to ensure proper performance.
• The contractor must inspect the installation area before commencing work.
• During removal: safely disconnect the sphere, remove supporting brackets where necessary, protect the artwork, ensure no damage occurs.
• During reinstallation: reinstall, level and align, ensure secure fixing, test the installation, hand over to Iziko.
• Protect all museum property throughout the works; any damage caused must be repaired at the contractor's cost.
• On completion, remove all waste, packaging, and debris, leaving the work area clean and ready for use.
• The value of the Gaia Sphere is R68,603.09.
