Supply 200 x 500ml branded stainless steel water bottles and 200 x navy branded tote bags, all with KZNGFA logo. Colour specifications: Water bottles (c=100, m=80, y=43, k=39), Tote bags (c=2, m=85, y=98, k=1). Submit mock-up samples for approval before production. Deliverables must meet branding and quality standards.
Fixed pricing required, inclusive of VAT and all costs (disbursements, delivery, etc.). Pricing must be submitted via Annexure A: Itemised breakdown for water bottles, tote bags, and delivery. Sub-total, VAT @15%, and grand total must be clearly stated. Offer must remain valid for 90 working days from closing date.
Mandatory: CSD registration with confirmed Tax Compliance Status (or Tax Compliance PIN on SARS letterhead if non-compliant). SBD 1, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1 forms must be signed and completed. Submit 4 reference letters (β€5 years old) confirming prior supply of branded marketing collateral. B-BBEE: Submit B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs) to qualify for preference points. No bids accepted from state employees, companies with state-employed directors, or close corporations with state-employed members. Consortia/joint ventures: Each party must submit separate TCS/CSD proof.
