• Scope: Supply, installation, and servicing of 2 hot and cold-water cooler dispensers, plus monthly supply of 20 x 20-litre water bottles for a 24-month period.
• Deliverables:

• Rental of two floor-standing bottled water coolers with hot and cold functionality.
• Units must be silver, grey, or black, suitable for office use, and comply with health and safety standards.
• Monthly supply, refill, and replacement of bottled water (safe for human consumption, meeting drinking water standards).
• Collection and replacement of empty bottles.
• Note: Estimated usage is 180 bottles per year.
• Once-off installation costs must be included.
• All units must be covered by a warranty for the rental period.
• Prompt repairs and replacement of defective parts/units.
• Regular sanitizing, servicing, and preventative maintenance.
