• Scope: Appoint a service provider to resolve duplicate COIDA registration, regularise the account with the Compensation Fund, complete outstanding statutory submissions, reconcile historical balances, and secure a Letter of Good Standing for Mandela Bay Theatre Complex (MBTC).
• Key tasks:

• Cancel incorrect 2021–2023 Return of Earnings (ROE) assessments submitted under duplicate MBTC registration.
• Reallocate payments from duplicate account to original Port Elizabeth Opera House (PEOH) COIDA account.
• Apply for entity name change from PEOH to MBTC.
• Submit outstanding ROEs for 2016–2024.
• Reconcile and settle outstanding balances, including interest charges.
• Deliver a Consolidated COIDA Compliance Report and evidence of eligibility for a Letter of Good Standing.

• Duration: Work must be completed within 30-60 working days from signing the Service Level Agreement.
• POPIA compliance required when handling payroll and employee data.

• Submit a proposal (max 5 pages) outlining your approach, methodology, specific outputs, and costs per phase.
• Include a timetable/programme for the project duration.
• Demonstrate how you will achieve the scope of work within 30-60 working days.
