Mandatory requirement: Bidder must be an Authorised Microsoft Licensing Partner. Proof of accreditation must be attached to the quotation. Non-compliance results in automatic disqualification.

Procurement of Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro licenses under a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Agreement. Required: 6 x Teams Rooms Pro Sub Per Device (Product Code: V9B-00001).

Submit the SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form as part of the tender. Failure to submit required proof or documentation for specific goals will result in no preference points being awarded for those goals. The organ of state may request substantiation of preference claims at any time.

Submit proof of B-BBEE status and other documentation to claim preference points for specific goals. Fraudulent claims may result in disqualification, cost recovery, contract cancellation, business restrictions for up to 10 years, or criminal prosecution.

Preferential (80/20 system): 50% ownership by Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (HDI) - 5 points (Share Register/CSD Report), 51% ownership by Black Women - 5 points (Share Register/CSD Report), at least one owner with a disability - 5 points (medical professional's letter), at least one owner is a youth - 5 points (certified ID copy).

Payment terms: Invoice paid after goods/services delivery and within 30 days as per the National Treasury Act.
