Submission process:

• Collect bid documents in person from the SCM unit at Ndwedwe Local Municipality offices (P100 Road, Lot 47-48, Ndwedwe) from 15 June 2026, Monday to Friday, 08H00–14H00. A non-refundable fee of R1,000.00 applies. Proof of payment must include the Bid Number and Company Name as reference.

Specific goals (20 points total):

• Locality: 15 points for operating within Ndwedwe LM (proof: landlord confirmation, municipal utility bill, or traditional authority letter ≤3 months old, matching CSD/CIPC). 5 points for operating within iLembe District outside Ndwedwe.
• B-BBEE: 5 points for 100% black South African ownership (proof: CIPC, CSD, B-BBEE certificate, or sworn affidavit).

Note: Failure to submit proof for specific goals does not disqualify but forfeits points for those goals.
