• Do not deliver goods/services without an official Necsa Purchase Order.
• Do not approach any Necsa employee other than the specified contact for information; this may lead to disqualification.

Bidder must provide proof of address within 30km of NECSA. Must achieve minimum functionality score in Phase 1 evaluation. Must submit valid Tax Clearance Certificate, B-BBEE status proof (EMEs can submit affidavit), and Declaration of Interest (SBD 4). Must comply with Necsa's General Conditions of Purchase, PPPFA 2000, and 2022 Regulations. No upfront payments will be considered.

• Provide self-catering student accommodation for 10 students for 12 months.
• Accommodation must be within a 30km radius of NECSA Gate 3, Pretoria West.
• Must include: single/sharing rooms, single beds, lockable cupboards, chair and study table, laundry facility, dustbin per room, bathroom/shower, recreation/dining room with TV, controlled security access, Wi-Fi.
• Kitchen appliances required: stove, refrigerator, backup generator.
• A water backup system (e.g., 5000l JoJo tank with pump or borehole with filtration) must be installed within one month of occupation at no extra cost to NECSA.
• Submit supporting document (e.g., municipal bill) proving physical address is within 30km radius; bids without this will be disqualified.

• All prices must include all applicable taxes.
• Prices must be fixed and firm, inclusive of freight, insurance, duties, and disbursements.
• No upfront payments will be considered.
• Payment will be according to Necsa’s General Conditions of Purchase.

• Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate (Tax PIN from SARS).
• Submit a Declaration of Interest (SBD 4).
• Submit a B-BBEE Certificate or applicable affidavit if classified as EME.
• Submit a Letter of Good Standing (COID) if applicable to the work.
• Failure to submit B-BBEE status proof means no preference points will be claimed.
• Necsa may require substantiation of B-BBEE claims at any time.
