Orders above R30,000 will be evaluated with a functionality scorecard where applicable.

Prices must be firm. Quotation validity period is 60 working days from the closing date.

Mandatory compliance documents:

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration is required for the successful bidder, except for foreign bidders with no local registered entity.
• Submit a valid BBBEE certificate or affidavit, if applicable.
• Indicate if you are ISO 9001:2015 certified for Quality Management System.
• Submit ID copies of owners/directors as reflected on official registration documents (e.g., CIPC, CSD Report, or BBBEE Certificate/Affidavit).
• Provide proof of Certified Fortinet Partner certification.
• Tax compliance is mandatory at the award stage.

Preference points are allocated for specific goals as per SBD 6.1, including ownership by black people and women.
