• Submit tender documents in their original form as provided by the municipality. Electronic or telegraphic tenders will not be accepted.
• Deposit tender documents in the tender box at Ratlou Local Municipality, Delareyville Road, Setlagole Village, on or before 31 July 2026 at 11:00 AM.
• Include a non-refundable tender fee of R5.00, payable via deposit or as specified.
• All required copies must be certified, with date stamps not older than three months from the advertisement date. Copies from certified copies are not allowed.
• Clearly mark documents with the tender number (NB:V01/2026/2027).
• Returnable documents must include: Proof of CSD registration, tax compliance verification, proof of residence and business address for all directors, and proof of municipal service payments for directors and business premises.

• Functionality and detailed description of the system will be available in the tender documents from 22 July 2026.

• Mandatory registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) in line with MFMA Circular 81.
• Tax compliance status will be verified via CSD.
• Verification of CIPC company registration and identity of directors will be conducted via CSD.
• Submit a certified copy of the B-BBEE certificate or the original. Non-submission results in disqualification.
• Proof of residence for all directors (not older than three months from the advert date).
• Proof of business address (not older than three months from the advert date).
• Proof of payment for municipal services for all directors and business premises (not older than three months from the advert date).

A certified copy of the B-BBEE certificate or the original must be submitted. Failure to submit this will result in disqualification.

Verification of CIPC company registration and identity of directors will be conducted via the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
