Submit the following returnable documents: 1) Comprehensive company profile describing business nature, activities, and track record in leasing premises. 2) Written bid proposal addressing office space requirements (per Section 3.2), including a floor plan of the proposed site. 3) Information as per Section 3.9 (lease agreement) and Section 4.2 (rental and cost schedules). 4) For consortiums/joint ventures: full details of all partners/participants and letters of agreement. 5) Proof of building grading (Grade P or A) from a credible institution, municipal zoning, and a valid valuation report. Failure to submit required documentation may lead to disqualification. Bids are evaluated as submitted; no additional information will be requested. The IEC reserves the right to verify information and may disqualify bids with factual inaccuracies or misrepresentations.

Scope: Lease of ready-built office space (no green-field projects) for the IEC Mpumalanga Provincial Office in City of Mbombela (Nelspruit). Requirements: 1) Grade P or A building only (proof of grading and municipal zoning required). 2) Gross Lettable Area (GLA) of 1006 m² (SAPOA standard), with a tolerance of 5% smaller (956 m²) or 15% larger (1157 m²). The IEC will only pay for a maximum of 1157 m². 3) Must include parking facilities. 4) Existing structures must be easily adaptable to IEC’s operational needs. Deliverables: Office space suitable for day-to-day provincial operations, compliant with SAPOA measurement standards.

B-BBEE: Minimum Level 0 (no specific threshold stated). Additional requirements: 1) Valid valuation report confirming building grade. 2) Municipal zoning proof. 3) Credible institution’s grading certificate for the building.
