Scope: Supply, delivery and painting of ARC Infruitec offices including: 1. Prime and paint Crop Development entrance hall, 3‑storey staircase and Honeybush hall using Dulux Luxurious Silk ‘Almond White’. 2. Remove plug faces, picture hooks, skirtings and other wall attachments; fill with Polyfilla. 3. Wash all surfaces with sugar soap. 4. Paint plug faces with enamel spray, re‑attach. 5. Paint all non‑wooden door frames with white enamel. 6. Replace broken window and opener in staircase and paint frame white. 7. Replace existing skirting with VM11 pine skirting. 8. Protect floors/carpet/tile during works – any damage is supplier’s responsibility. Measurements (square metres) to be taken by supplier during site visit. Special condition: Contractor must hold CIDB grading 1GB or higher.
