Submission dates for JCPZ/FM04/2025: 27/05/2026 (08:00–16:00), 28/05/2026 (08:00–16:00), 29/05/2026 (08:00–12:00). Bids must be submitted on the official JCPZ bid document only. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, or late bids will not be accepted. Deposit bids in the correct tender box at the submission address. Bid validity: 120 days from closing date (may be extended). Mandatory: Attend the compulsory site briefing session (failure to attend disqualifies your bid). Documents may also be downloaded free from www.jhbcityparksandzoo.com or www.etenders.gov.za from Wednesday, 06 May 2026.
Evaluation Criteria
Source: Tender Advert FMCEMICT.pdf80/20 preference points system applies. Price contributes 80 points. Specific goals contribute 20 points. Specific goal: 25% or more women shareholding. Functionality threshold applies (12 points minimum). Bidders must attend compulsory briefing session. Bidders must fully complete Specifications/Terms of Reference. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. JCPZ reserves the right to accept any tender in whole or in part.
