Submit one sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid number and description.
Deliver by hand to the bid box at Umkhanyakude District Municipality, 13433 Kingfisher Avenue, Mkuze, 3965.
Deadline: no later than 12:00 on 17 February 2026. Late submissions, faxed or emailed bids will be rejected.
Include ONE original tender document (completed on the official forms) and ONE scanned copy on a USB‑flash drive.

Evaluation Criteria

Preference point system: 80/20 (80 points for price, 20 points for specific B‑BBEE/governmental goals) as the estimated value is ≤ R50 million.
