Options: (1) Post to The Tender Box, Mossel Bay Municipality, P O Box 25, Mossel Bay, 6500; or (2) Deposit in the tender box at The Entrance of the Mossel Bay Municipality’s Town Hall, 101 Marsh Street, Mossel Bay. Late bids will not be accepted. Use official forms provided (do not re-type). Online submissions may also be accepted. Required returnable documents: Signed written contract form (MBD7), supplier information (name, addresses, contact numbers, email, VAT registration number, tax compliance status PIN, CIDB registration number if applicable), B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs). Foreign suppliers must complete Part B:3 questionnaire. Consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors must each submit separate TCS certificates/PINs/CSD numbers.
