Scope: Supply and delivery of the following equipment to the SAWS OR Tambo Weather Office (1 Jones Road, Kempton Park, 1632).

1. Rugged smartphones (3 units) – waterproof, ≥6.7" FHD+ screen, 200 MP main camera, 50 MP ultra‑wide, 64 MP night vision, 10 000 mAh battery, 12 GB RAM + 512 GB ROM, IP68/IP69K rating, 12‑month OEM warranty.

2. Paper shredding machines (2 units) – 150‑sheet auto‑feed, 8‑sheet manual feed, cross‑cut 4 × 40 mm (Security Level P‑4), auto‑reverse jam protection, cuts staples/credit cards, 30 L pull‑out bin, 2‑year machine warranty + 3‑year cutter warranty.

3. Office safe (1 unit) – external dimensions 485 mm H × 410 mm W × 375 mm D, 3 mm body, 6 mm door, 7‑lever lock, four pre‑drilled fixing holes, removable shelf, 12‑month OEM warranty.

4. 65‑inch UHD 4K monitor (1 unit) with mounting brackets – LAN, RS‑232 serial port, Wi‑Fi interface.

5. Plumbed‑in water dispenser with built‑in filters (1 unit) – replacement for existing leaking unit.

All goods must meet the listed technical specs; non‑conforming items will be disqualified.

• Prices must be quoted in South African Rand, VAT‑inclusive.
• Use the Pricing Schedule (Annexure G) to list each item, quantity, unit price and total price.
• Indicate delivery period after award (as requested in the schedule).
• No performance bond or guarantee is mentioned; not required unless later requested.
• Payment terms: invoices payable within 30 days of receipt.
• If applicable, provide breakdown for any price escalation or exchange‑rate adjustments as per Annexure G.

• Tax compliance: submit SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or printed TCS certificate; CSD number if no PIN.
• B‑BBEE verification: submit sworn B‑BBEE verification certificate; minimum level 1 required for points.
• Registration: valid VAT number, CIPC registration, and Central Supplier Database (CSD) entry.
• No persons employed by the state (or with close ties) may be involved.
• Foreign suppliers must complete the annexure questionnaire and provide tax‑obligation confirmation.
• Submit proof of subcontracting arrangements where applicable.
