Source: Ehlanzeni TVET College - Advert (003) (002).pdfTender documents are available for download from the PURCO SA website (www.purcosa.co.za) at a non-refundable fee of R1,150.00 (VAT included) starting 28 May 2026. Steps to download: visit www.purcosa.co.za, select the RFP, click 'Pay Now', and download immediately after payment. Submissions must be electronic only; no hard copies, faxes, or emailed submissions will be accepted. Late tenders will be disqualified. Correspondence is limited to short-listed tenderers only. If not contacted within 30 days of the closing date, consider your proposal unsuccessful.
Evaluation Criteria

Registration on the PURCO SA website is required to download documents and attend briefing sessions. Commitment to Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) principles is required. Ehlanzeni TVET College reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, in whole or in part, and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
