1. The tenderer’s scorecard shall be a B-BBEE Certificate issued in
accordance with:
Department of Trade and Industry; or
or a sub-sector, the scorecard for the sector or sub-sector in which the
majority of its core activities (measured in terms of annual revenue) are
located will be acceptable. The tenderer must comply with the annual
revenue thresholds for EME or QSE or Generic in accordance with the
amended Construction Sector Codes; and
