These include: Form of Offer (C1.1), Certificate of Attendance of Compulsory Briefing Session, Declaration of Interest Form and Politically Exposed Persons, SBD 4 (Bidderβs Disclosure Form), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form), Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, B-BBEE Certificate and Scorecard (or BBBEE QSE/EME Affidavit), Tax PIN number (SARS compliance required), Certificate of Incorporation (showing ownership split), Central Supplier Database (CSD) Report, and VAT Questionnaire. Additional returnable documents for evaluation include Forms A1 to A12 (e.g., attendance certificates, VAT questionnaire, experience schedules, CVs, professional registration proofs, locality proofs, insurance commitments, subcontracting details). Volume 2 must include Agreements and Contract Data, Pricing Data, Scope of Works, and Site Information. All submitted information must remain valid for the contract duration; updated documents must be provided if any expire. Minimum qualifying score: 70/100. Failure to meet the threshold disqualifies the bidder. Professional registration validity and references will be verified.
