Source: GSM003_26 Vendor application Local.pdfSubmit the following returnable documents: Cancelled cheque or stamped bank confirmation letter (not older than one year), latest valid certified B-BBEE certificate or affidavit, latest valid tax clearance certificate or SARS pin on official SARS documentation, CSD registration report indicating tax compliance and successful verification of banking details (banking details on supporting documents must match those on the CSD report), certified copies of company registration documents, ID copies of shareholders/directors, and share certificates where applicable. Complete the Vendor Application Form (AP Form – 07) with all required details, including bank, tax, and B-BBEE information. Ensure all documents are certified and up to date.
